On Friday, May 1, 2015, the DPLSA sadly learned of the passing of Retired Lieutenant Cornelius Byrd. The DPLSA has his wife Inell and the Byrd Family in our hearts, thoughts and prayers and we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers as well during the difficult days ahead, thank you!
