We would like to personally thank everybody that came out and supported the DPLSA Mixer on Thursday, January 17, 2019. During the event we raised over $1500.00. The proceeds are going to be donated to the Michigan Law Enforcement Memorial Monument through our sponsorship to honor the over 237 members who were our friends and colleagues that gave the ultimate sacrifice from the Detroit Police Department. I truly thank you for your support.
You can still come down to the DPLSA Office and make a donation by way of cash or check to the Michigan Law Enforcement Memorial Monument. Our goal is to raise a minimum of $5000.00 for a complete sponsorship, please help us in obtain that goal in honor of our fallen members! We want to make a healthy contribution to ensure that the Michigan Law Enforcement Memorial Monument finished, we want to ensure that our heroes sacrifice is never forgotten, thank you!
