The DPLSA just received this memo from the City of Detroit regarding “Implementation Dates for Pension Changes” regarding individuals subject to the “City Employment Terms”. The DPLSA has a Collective Bargaining Agreement and we are currently in the process of preparing for ACT312. We are addressing this matter as we speak and will keep you informed every step of the way.
