Each year, a memorial service is held to remember all law enforcement officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice.  These officers were parents, spouses, children, your neighbors, or your friends.  It is with great honor that the Detroit Police Department will pay tribute to their dedication and unselfish bravery by hosting the 42^nd Annual Detroit Police Department Interfaith Memorial Service, which will be held on Friday, May 1, 2015, at 8:00 a.m. The service will be held at Old Saint Mary’s Church, located at 646 Monroe, Detroit, Michigan.
