- Fee: $150 includes golf shirt, green fees, cart, breakfast, practice range, lunch, and drinks
- Prizes: Trophies for top teams, closest to pin, longest drive, and a $10,000 cash prize for hole-in-one

- Payment due by June 7, 2025
- Acceptable payment methods: Money orders, business/personal checks, and cash
- Non-refundable entry fee for no-shows
