On Thursday, April 25, 2013, the DPLSA was sadly informed of the passing of Retired Lt. Lieutenant Johnny Thomas Sr, formerly of the Third Precinct, Father of Inspector Johnny Thomas Jr., assigned to the Sixth Precinct.
