During the evening hours on Thursday, January 24, 2013, the DPLSA was sadly notified of the passing of Investigator Herman Williams. We immediately expressed our heart felt condolences along with keeping the Williams family in our hearts, thoughts and prayers and we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers as well during the difficult days ahead, thank you! Herman will truly be missed!
