Members wishing to Opt to elect the COPS TRUST Medical{0}
Important, Members who already made their 2016 Health Care election wishing and now are wishing to change their election and opt out to sign up for COPS TRUST they must delete their dependents in order to opt out.
Regarding the 35,000.00 Insurance policy offered by the city the member MUST ensure each dependent is listed under that drop box so that the member is afforded the additional $5,000 coverage for each dependent.
Remember that Medical Open Enrollment has been extended until Sunday, November 29, 2015 and ALL MEMBERS MUST GO TOWWW.MYDETROITBENEFITS.COM AND MAKE AN ELECTION! FAILING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU AND YOUR FAMILY NOT BEING COVERED.
