Important Information Regarding City of Detroit Memo{0}
DPLSA Members,
The Executive Board Received and forwarded you a copy of a memo from the City of Detroit Labor Relations. The Inter – Departmental Communication dated November 27, 2012, was regarding “Implementation of Pension Changes”. NONE of the indicated changes apply to members of the DPLSA, we have a Collective bargaining Agreement until June 30, 2013 and the City Terms of Employment do not apply to DPLSA Members. Any Changes to our Collective Bargaining Agreement will have to be negotiated through the ACT312 Process.
