The City of Detroit and the Detroit Police Officers Association are presently in ACT 312. A Partial Award on Health Insurance has been issued by Chairman George T. Roumell, Jr., regarding delaying open enrollment which was scheduled to end on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. This award has extended open enrollment until Tuesday, January 15, 2013, for members of the Detroit Police Officers Association only.
